Collections on The Texas Stacker are structured, multi-piece releases — boxed presentation sets, coordinated bullion series, and themed groupings of related coins issued together as a single program. Unlike individual coin listings, a collection preserves the full context of how a set was originally marketed and sold: denomination structure, packaging, issue order, and the thematic or historical thread that ties the pieces together, whether that's a Texas Sesquicentennial commemorative program, a themed run of Alamo silver rounds, or a private mint's flagship multi-piece release.
Documenting collections separately from individual coins matters because sets are frequently broken apart in the secondary market — sold piece by piece once they leave a mint's original packaging. Each entry here works to preserve that original program identity: which coins belonged together, in what order they were issued, and what story or milestone the collection was built around.
