Overview

The 1987 Mirabeau Lamar silver round was issued as part of the Presidents of the Republic of Texas series produced by Lone Star Mint. The design honors Mirabeau B. Lamar, who served as Vice President and later President of the Republic of Texas from 1838 to 1841.
